If an offer was made, why would our gun management team not announce it to the ASX simply to put some fire under the share price? They could have easily gone on to say "offer rejected as it undervalues our company". Or they could've leaked it to the media to get everyone talking...
But no, instead our gun management team decides it's not material news. Move on, with nothing, ahem.. strategic review.
