Great post Outrigger.
It seems pretty clear to me that if management can break down at such a simple clerical level then suggestions they are not running as efficiently as they could be are well founded. Maybe there are other matters not being attended to? I think this shake-up is the best thing that could happen. It will make the company more accountable and hopefully implement the resources (and drive) to send the SP to the levels it should be at.
Again as mentioned in earlier posts, i'll watch with keen interest to find a reason to re-enter this stock.
