It seems that $4.40 being previously rejected by the company gives some traders a degree of comfort in holding at the current share price looking for high short term upside.
The world is a different place now and what's happened in the past will have absolutely no bearing on what offers are placed on the table next week.
I hope that celebrations and not commiserations will be the order of the day!
