tcf it sounds like you understand the climate and the topography, as i have lived thru one of our best wet seasons in many years it would be fair to say that logistically the access will have had much erosion. knowing the dozer operator also gives me an added advantage on time lines at least for initial start up. not knowing fundamentals as yet i have not dipped my toe in yet but will continue to follow closely because you rarely get to follow junior explorers at close quarters such as spm. we may still get some more rain yet but everyone up hear has had enough this year. between 19 and 20 metres have gone into lake argyle this year if that doesn't mean anything to people, the spillways out flow will cater for perths annual supply in 10 to 12 days. 1.4m litres per second as of 5/4/11. and spm's lease is in the catchment.
