I just noticed that page 22 of the 07 Annual Report shows a Lynas subsiduary company named Mt Weld Niobium Pty Ltd.
Does this suggest that all or part of Crown, Swan etc are already held in a separate legal entity?
If so it could help facilitate a counter bid.
