LYC management guys can't secure they positions as the NXS guys who are able to keep their positions with the new owner. So it's not hard to understand the NXS bugs past doings. If they bugs can't hold the positions, they will desperately keep the boat floating and get money by all means. The whole take over procedure is an obvious conspiracy. Currently, it's all depends on court and ASIC's attitude. According to my intuitive feeling, McGrathNicol today's announcement is note a bad thing. The McGrathNicol should have got the pay from 7 and NXS, and has handed NXS up to 7. But something may really happened in the court and ASIC, especially with the battle team's continuous effort, then the McGrathNicol says to wait for expert report. White washing? Anyway, seems it's not the end.
