takeovers: Attempts by Seven Group Holdings to bed down its $190 million takeover of Nexus Energy could hit more bumps as the corporate regulator engages with disgruntled shareholders. But the takeover, being done through administrators after Nexus shareholders voted the deal down, is not familiar territory for the Australian Securities & Investments Commission, which has only waved through this sort of thing once before.
