Mr Voelte must pay the price for destruction of our company
"The Nexus board had two days to respond but it is believed they let the offer lapse and did not reply by a Monday, February 17, 8am deadline.
The next day, Mr Voelte, who had already been removing himself in board discussions on a potential takeover at both companies, stepped down from the Nexus board citing conflict of interest issues."
