w27, if you are correct re short-term funding, then great! I don't see anything in the latest announcement that states or implies it is short-term. Even in the short-term (6 months?) Lind can do a lot of damage.

To explain my non-holding position - I have been interested in Invion through reading Bioshares - they seem to have a lot of respect for Mitchell Glass and his ability to get approvals for many drugs. I like the fact they have 3 Phase II drugs, Mitchell Glass has experience in gaining approval in the most difficult jurisdiction and many pharma are doing deals in Phase II.

I am aware of Greg Collier through holding Chemgenex so my opinion on him is hmmm - he sold the company which is great but IMO sold it short as I have mentioned previously. I would say he has the ability to get the right people in place eg Dr Glass.

If you are a long-term holder which I believe you, chairs, katy, matakus etc to be, then everything IMO will work out in the long-run.

My post was more to TJ who bought back in due to the funding deal and anyone looking to enter in the short-term as I do think it will go lower.

IVX has a good pipeline of forthcoming news. I sincerely hope the Lind Partners funding arrangement doesn't significantly suppress possible SP appreciation.
