From the chairman's report in the annual report, results in the smoking study in Nadilol should be available Q4 2014. From previous trials and particularly the work Richard Bond has done at Huston Uni, this trial will be a success. This drug has been shown to heal the lung. This trial alone should give access to new sources of funds. The results on the final two cohorts in the cpN10 trial will be available in Jan 2015, probably in the first half. This gives another avenue for funding. The first component of funds from Lind is a convertible note, I would guess for $1M. I can't see the term before it converts but it should get past the results for those trials. If either trial is a success, there will be very little dilution. As to Greg Collier, he is not the only player in the Chemgenex sale. A lot depends of the board and its attitude both in the past and the future.
