    Last month I had a long talk with George and one question was about any takeover and he said "Not cheaply" I know for a fact that no one could get past the 90% mark because of some of the large shareholders, several of whom are good friends of mine, are content to wait it out. I feel quite confident, if sold, it will be for fair market value.
