Here we see an attached media report referencing "Dangerous Gifts of money" from Mr Johann Graf, formerly of Novomatic to numerous parties including the current CEO of AGI, Harald Neumann. The payments to Mr Neumann occurred in 2018 and 2019 according to numerous media reports.
Mr Neumann characterises receipt of the direct payments to him as "Personal" according to recent media in Australia. Were he to be convicted, the question as to whether he is suitable to hold a gaming licence might arise. Mr Neumann obtained his Nevada gaming licence in 2017.
According to Ainsworth Game Technology's website, Mr Neumann was "Appointed Non-Executive Director of Ainsworth Game Technology on 21 February 2017. Appointed Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director 1 October 2021. Resigned as Executive Director on 21 December 2021."
In a further attached article dated February 2020 it was reported in relation to Mr Neumann "However, he does not have a consultancy contract, but will provide support for international projects as part of a ''Customary Termination Agreement" of his Management Board contract, the company headquarters in Gumpoldskirchen told Kurier." Is this Customary Termination agreement still in force and if so, what does it entail?
