Here we have a transcript attached of the Committee of Inquiry where Mr Neumann was questioned with regard to his involvement in the "Ibiza Affair" Matter. It is presented in English and German. It makes for interesting reading. The matter is still under active investigation by the Austrian Corruption prosecutor's office (WKStA) in 2025. Charges may still be laid. This is the same matter AGI's compliance committee decided was not worthy of disclosing to the Australian Stock Exchange. As an investor, i'd like to have known!

"At its 12th meeting on 16 July 2020, the Committee of Inquiry into the alleged

venality of the turquoise-blue federal government (Ibiza Committee of Inquiry)

16 July 2020 unanimously decided pursuant to Section 20 para. 1 no. 1 of the Rules

of Procedure for Parliamentary Committees of Inquiry (VOUA) to publish the

verbatim transcript of the public questioning of the respondent Harald Neumann

contained in the enclosure after the decision on objections and corrections pursuant

to Section 19 para. 3 VO-UA. The publication is made in analogous application of

Section 39 of the National Council's Rules of Procedure Act as a communiqué on

the Parliament's website."
