Hi @stocktrainYou’re spot on, there’s a history and a half! Or the stock would be trading much higher. But it’s turned the corner and looks like the market is waking up to the next chapter. The consolidation already happened years ago and the relaunch is underway. There’s actually less than 300m shares on issue fully diluted… You wouldn’t consolidate that! If anything it could use a share split as liquidity is low lol! It’s too tightly held. PhosCo’s also got $3m in the bank and that will get them to BFS stage and hopefully the share price will be a lot higher then too before the next raise... If there even is one. A cornerstone might come on the register by that stage be it an off taker or financier… or both?The corporate advisor appointment is interesting too. Both are taking no cash and being paid in out of the money options… says to me that these are at a good entry point and set to go higher. On that, directors all have skin in the game and taking salary as 50% in shares. The signs are there for those that look and the awakening has begun imo. The history you speak of has just created a cheap entry and an opportunity.
