    re: capital raising @ 10c... If they do go ahead with it it will certainly impact on the ASX shareprice.
    More likely negative with all the bad press they have been copping in the Philippines.
    Maybe they look at the listing as a way of overcoming some of their funding problems ?
    I have been sitting on the fence for the last few days regarding buying LAF or RED but think now I might just wait a while.
