Looks like the buyers are making their presence felt with EXT. Normally they accumulate very quietly but the sellers seem to have pulled back enough to draw the curtain aside exposing the accumulation.
I was surprised when I saw we had exceeded 75% in the top 20, I asked "when did they accumulate that?"
Clearly the people doing the buying are very very very patient.
