Thanks very much for sharing some of the inside happenings Rupurt. As an outsider (and shareholder) I have been (and continue) to monitor the turnover of staff and it was quite alarming that almost all of the staff turned over over a 18 month period.
It was clear there was internal turmoil, especially with the departure of Stuart & Simon Cope, so it's helpful to hear what happened.
I had been concerned that Crowther was the cause of the turnover and had wondered what the heck Nearmap was smoking when they kept talking about Nearmap and the media (advertising) market. I'm glad to hear that was primarily Nixon's POV and that it's no longer the business model pursued by the company as it was never going to work.
