What I find interesting here is the fact they announced this 2 days prior to half year results. They could have done together like they have previously.
I am a long term holder and picking up more today at 10.5 which I am happy about, so fortunate and unfortunate this has helped me pick up more.
Maybe the reason was to put bad news out to market before the good news Thursday.
Profit is still achievable with the Duke deal. Significant Management $$$ with Duke. New appointments is always a great sign of an improving business.
