I am surprised that ASX disclosure rules allow the lack of information they have provided as people who understand the industry well can make deductions that others can't based on the position of the rig, length of time, etc etc.

Isn't disclosure to market a legal IMPERITIVE which has priority over commercial considerations about the timing of release of information ?
