Interesting reference in todays announcement regarding discussions with the Thai Department of Mineral Fuels by Ted Jacobson - ie the Thai Dept of Mineral Fuels being receptive to "Carnarvon's aspirations for new ventures in the region". Sounds like some groundwork underway???
