If your up to doing a pit more research, do a search using "google" or similar with "Campos Basin.." Have a look at how Petrobas has developed this basin for well over a decade now and take notice of the major play type and depth of waters they are targeting.. The concept of Tetairy period Turbididtes of the coast of West Africa is nothing new and has been mentioned in the literature for many years, it remains what it has always been, "High Risk/High Reward.." I have some amzing stats on Petrobas success-rate in water greater than 400m in the Campos Basis but If I posted them here I might be called crazy.. Valid to the HDR situation, do your reasearch and make your own mind up.
