Re voting you do not need to attend the meeting to direct your vote there is the proxy form.
Take 1: Remuneration Report, if you tick "For" or alternately "Against" the chairman is required to do as you directed.
25% against would see the 2 strike rule invoked, won't make any difference 2013, however, the same vote in 2014 results in another meeting. ( Same with all companies).
Never vote "Abstain"
Singleton has a ridiculous 6 month payout if dismissed.
3 months is the normal period.
