    The banks are not at fault. If I have a loan and it comes due and I do not pay it, who's fault is that. Mine!!!!

    If I assume I can roll over the loan and do not put the time and effort into doing this early, then who is to blame? Me.

    Same with Management. Asleep at the wheel and they crashed.
