Finch, Yes, the world changed with banking de regulation. That is life and we get on with it.
The other change that has occurred is a societal one, where as individuals (and companies) we no longer appreciate others invading our private affairs. The banks do not audit a house loan 5 years in to see whether it is still OK. They wait for the home owner to knock on the bank's door and say I have a problem. Gone are the days when someone else tells you that you have a problem.
We all need, privately and corporately to be responsible for our actions.
