Why did the RBC and RFC consortium leave this new recap proposal so late.With all the recent positive sentiment towards the new deal and the CBA,s position now out in the public domain, unfortunately many shareholders have already voted Yes because no other alternative was available.I am sure many shareholders who can,t get to the meeting are in the same boat.Surely in this situation the board now has to postpone the meeting to allow all the facts to be put to shareholders so we can either change our votes or the votes to be declared invalid.My only fear is that the shonky board and michelmoron will want the meeting to go ahead to get the MM deal over the line.
