Customers ghosting the banks?
Apparently long term customers with perfect credit can't even apply for loans from WBC.
I guess I'll go to a competitor then, and take my integrated banking including share trading with me.
If anyone is wondering why banks are getting hammered, look at the state of their inbound sales systems!
