PCE distribute under licence the VRB ESS units supplied by the Canadian manufacturer, VRB Power Systems Inc. PCE formed two strategic alliances last year with Australian companies, Cilectric Pty Ltd., and Selectronic Australia Pty Ltd. for technical support relating to the function and installation of the units supplied.
15 Feb ’06 – “Cilectric agreed to develop and maintain a capability to install, commission and maintain VRB ESS supplied through Pinnacle.”
I don’t know if there is anything legal to stop the manufacture of the units here. I reached the Company (Pinnacle VRB) through their website and Mr. Blackwell sent a helpful reply, including, of interest -
“Note that in accordance with a resolution passed at the AGM in November 2006, Pinnacle will shortly be changing its name to Cougar Energy Ltd, but will continue to pursue both UCG and VRB projects.”
