Creat's bailed from the loan to GXY and have not to date 'coughed-up' the money they promised for the share placement.....which by-the-way should now NOT go through at 88c as approved at the EGM....they no longer wish to fund GXY.
There is no way that real BANKERS would approve a loan or line-of-credit to GXY as they have no income and no security for a loan of that magnitude.
RZB have offered a 'bridging loan'(probably secured by the deceived sophisticated investors money of $65 M) as a sweetener, but all is going down-hill from here.
Bail,if you can,because the lies and deceit from GXY are going to BURN them,big time.
GXY have not even delivered a statement to shareholders as to why CREAT have not parted with any money.... the whole thing is a smoke-screen which is about to blow up in their face !!
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news,but GXY have played you for a sucker.
Sell your GXY shares and buy the Champion Lithium Thoroughbred called TALISON LITHIUM which is soon to be listed.
