Dust you say the libs did nothing , well the boats virtually stopped under their tenure,why do you think this happened ..was it the weather,the food,the accommodation ,the quality of theDVDs at the dentention centre ...but anyway Labor must have fixed whatever it was that stopped the boats coming ,so now we have record numbers .Looking on the bright side the Federal police never get much chance to put all their training into practise in a riot situation ,and its hard to simulate dodging molotov cocktails in a training situation ,so they are gainig valuable experiencewith the real thing.
