im hearing stories about the kyrgyz gov being more obstructive with non domestic explorers/miners.
i think this is why it has been offloaded. I think that the north american market is wary of such sovereign risks.
lots of examples over last few years of people proving up resources then losing permits due to questions of 'validity'.
i hold PRU. ill sell my manas. may be wrong but time will tell
