However, since you brought it up, I might add that you also have absolutely NFI about ALZ's operations - none whatsoever!!! Because, they have consistently refused (throughout the credit crunch) to update the market on how they are going.

How's their debt refinancing going? How's their financing of record prject volumes going?...
