Do you think the fact that only 30% of homeowners in Australia have a mortgage effect the way our economy will pan out in this "recession" to hit? Our economy is very robust that there is lots of wealthy people who are not affected by high interest rates or high inflation and that is a fair chunk compared to other countries. Yes stocks will crash, but property I have my doubts. Pull back likely, crash of a cliff no.
