That will feed into TBs narrative about a housing bubble in Australia bursting but not the bit about ZIP cracking on. I do know that high inflation in Japan is causing mayhem at present, made worse by a record influx of tourism belting prices up but doing little for locals. Looks pretty grim, but happily for the ZIP bulls, not for their SP
