Nasdaq now at an inflection point but I see no reason currently to amend my primary count.

The secular bull market will end on a cross above and reversal below the upper trendline.
A multi decade bear market will then ensue and there will be no access to venture capital and without this Zip cannot survive so insolvency is inevitable
