How could abruptly closing as well as getting a whole load of customer complaints not be market sensitive? Those states may be at liberty to prosecute for charging fees outside the legislation too - that is what the Federal Consumer Protection Bureau is doing and ZIP acknowledges there may be refunds and fines applicable. Don't know about the states, they have not announced it. This is all going to impact forward revenues too because if they can't charge their fees there is even more reason to be question the unprofitable business model. And if the FCPB runs over the top of the states' legislation - holy smoke.
