Charlie has the mutha of all loans against his company stock. Not sure what the loan is for or for how much, but he has put up 30% of the company's issued stock (which is in his own name) or 70% of his own holdings, representing $542 mil, for a loan. What is that all about? It must surely be huge. Anyway, he won't be going anywhere until he hits payday on whatever he did with the money, then sayonara IMO
