Anyone out there that wants to do a better job takes 140 million out of the buy price straight away, and that is also material as most, especially the smarter money, believe acquisition is the most likely outcome.

Now can it be executed, absolutely, but perhaps not by the current management and many of us agree they are both self serving and under qualified.
