In case anyone is curious as to why it closed higher, and rebounded from a low of 0.55 (EURO) which is 0.93 (AUD) throughout the day to close at 0.635 (EURO) which is AUD $1.07.
It was most likely following the pattern of the Nasdaq which saw a rally during trading hours last night (using US days here):
Closed Friday at 16,776 points
Opened Monday 15,712 points
Closed Monday 16,200 points
I’m still expecting to see the ASX go pear-shaped today, as the Dow Jones is down 1000 points, so there will be buying opportunities across the board.
However despite being down 3%, the Nasdaq actually performed well given the rebound it saw during the day.
So I’m keen to see how Droneshield as well as other tech stocks play out today on the ASX.
