Absolutely, it’s all a guessing game. I mentioned in a previous response that, in the end, no one really knows what will happen. I try to present balanced views in my posts, which is why I also included a worst-case scenario in one of my points.
However, I still believe that if an announcement is made, the typical market reaction will be to jump back in and drive the share price wherever it wants to go. There are so few stocks in the ASX that drum up exciting. This is a double-edged sword though, as it can causes SP prices to rise and fall extremely quickly.
But ultimately, the only things that will definitively push the share price higher are a strong contract announcement or outstanding Q3 results. We can bank on that, but it’s up to management to execute and deliver.
