There's another huge risk flashing red.
This drop below $1 means the issue price on Oleg's latest capital raise is no longer at a discount to market prices, its at a 15% premium.

I'd be very surprised to see it taken up in full, or even partially. The underwriters are going to be lumped with a huge amount of stock. A good chunk of that stock will get pushed through the exchange and create a further big overhang on the stock. The same thing happened to LIC (lifestyle communities) following their raise about 6 months ago. I'd wager we go quite a bit lower from here.
