Staff costs have grown from about $4.5m / quarter to 6.2m / quarter. Manufacturing and operating costs from around $8m / quarter to $23m / quarter.
As I've said many times before, Oleg hasn't got orders, he's got pipeline that for some reason isn't converting like he expected. He's now got a bloated cost base. He's got incentive to swing for the fences on revenue - NOT profit. All this cash is buying him a free swing at options. It's cash burn runway to drop his pants on pricing, lose all his margin, ramp revenue to meet his option KPIs and sail off into the sunset with your money after he sells out entirely a second time around.
