This doesn't necessarily mean that the short traders have finished with DroneShield. All it means is that they covered their positions below $1 and those shares are therefore available to be sold again.
There's every possibility that they've just recharged their ammunition stores ready for the next attack into disappointing news. The half-yearly report is due out in the next couple of weeks.
