Soo, gonna maintain my buy rating unless there are changes to the fundamentals.

My thesis is actually a pretty simple one -> they will get acquired before they get too big. (It's the nature of the med device industry in North America)
Funny enough, they always acquire at a premium because you are dealing with $1B+ revenue companies and acquiring $100M vs $200M is like paying $10 or $20 for a company.

Dunno if any of those 2 would pull the trigger for an acquisition offer but they are prowling around like sharks waiting for blood in the water.

Looking at it historically, those guys usually pull the trigger when market share is approaching "competitor level". Hence, I think even they want to see if Nova eye can keep growing or if Nova was just lucky with sales growth for last financial year.
