Soo apart from the stock price, can you give us your comrprehensive thesis to not own the stock?

Please outline (bare minimum):
- Management concerns
- Revenue growth concerns
- Balance sheet outlook
- Company strategy concerns

@TheAnalyst007 gave a pretty good analysis on another thread for why he is bullish and outlined a detailed thesis for owning the stock.

Soo for fairness, what would be your thesis?

In terms of valutation, let's be frank - that's for the investor to decide. It's not yours or anyone else' decision to force a fair value of a company. It's the investor's own valutation of the business that dictate their decision to buy or sell.

In saying that, it is still good to see how you would value the business and outline your views as to why the current valuation is not attractive etc..
