In terms of valutation, let's be frank - that's for the investor to decide. It's not yours or anyone else' decision to force a fair value of a company. It's the investor's own valutation of the business that dictate their decision to buy or sell.
In saying that, it is still good to see how you would value the business and outline your views as to why the current valuation is not attractive etc..
