While I usually respect energy people and reporters from the Houston area, clearly this one is just blowing smoke to keep the focus on the US projects with "BIG" names and "BIG" costs as to support who is putting some padding in her firm.
Unlikely she supports or researches any micro-cap/small cap energy companies as that would actually require work or effort and thus the one-sided reporting. My bet she is very high on the "HIGH COST" Dominion/Cheniere/Conoco Phillips plants that will get off the ground but also have 5 times the price tags and reported on by every reporter already making research very easy to do
