No problem mate

The property threads get a bit too silly sometimes and in the end it is all just bananas anyway regardless of our view - don't usually agree with most of what you put out but jeez who cares in the end - have a laugh, maybe learn something if we are lucky.


I still believe that well positioned, quality property that is smartly and prudently funded will always do well. I have done pretty good so far and truly am relaxed about the whole thing. Notwithstanding, I appreciated that some people do not want to own property for a myriad of valid reasons.

The only ones that annoy me are those that begrudge others or describe them as lucky for owning property - for me it required some sacrifice, a bit of risk and some concern re cash flow in the early years.

I sleep well in regards to property investment.

I also sleep well even though my major share investment is BCC and is not so good ATM (understatement). Fortunately I have much more in property than BCC :)
