I was talking to a friend on saturday that has accumulated over 1 million shares.
I asked him what would be the hold up on relisting. ( he is a very smart man in finance and knows all about
incorporation ) and he said it will take as long as it takes, he stated that buddy is incorporated in Delaware
in the US, and stated the Majority of Corporations in the states are also incorporated there due to Taxation
ease. he said they have to be unincorporated from Delaware, once that is done and a few other boxes are
ticked, we will be on our way.
He also is a member of Hotcopper and does not post but once or twice a year.
And he said he could not understand the talk going on this thread, nothing has changed, and said
he believes the shares will open at a premium to the last traded price, he also stated that there should be ann
after ann after announcements after relisting.

So hang in there fellas, not that you can anywhere.
