    I accept your assurance you are not an insider and assure you I am not shorting the stock.

    My view on LCE was that they should have got some representation on the board but not control. The reason being that I don't think the directors have enough 'skin in the game'. Boards should represent the interests of shareholders but are too often captured by management.
