re: breakout imminent. Increasing price and still no let up in the volume only spells one thing for me...TAKEOVER...
Anybody who has followed Shell over the last week or so knows they desperately need something positive for the market or the top honcho is out of a job. WPL is too hard after the last knock back (especially if they need action now) so the next best thing is HDR..
